Robert started his time with Barrington as an industrial engineering co-op student from Dalhousie University before being hired as a consultant upon graduating in May 2013. In his busy first two years with Barrington, Robert had the opportunity to participate in a diverse range of projects including user experience design, Google Analytics implementation, mobile strategy development, and online form improvements. Since then, Robert has expanded his experience into business process improvement, business case development, and strategy consulting with provincial, municipal, and private sector clients. Robert also helps facilitate Barrington’s Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Program and coaches Green Belts in training.

Aside from consulting, Robert has led Barrington’s fundraising efforts for United Way Halifax. In 2014, Barrington achieved the Quantum Leap Award for tripling their United Way fundraising efforts from the previous year. Robert also volunteers through the Junior Achievement Nova Scotia program teaching middle school students how to manage their personal budgets to make smart financial decisions and previously volunteered through Junior Achievement’s Company Program.

Robert is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng), certified Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt, certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and graduated with his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in 2016 from the Sobey School of Business (Saint Mary’s University).
