Darryl is the partner who leads Barrington’s Management Consulting Practice.  Darryl’s areas of expertise include project and portfolio management, business case development, feasibility studies and business process optimization especially in complex public-sector and health care environments.  Darryl's experience spans several industry sectors including consumer products, telecommunications and group insurance and he has recently focused on the health care sector where he has led initiatives in Long Term Care, Primary Care and Health Promotion.  Darryl has a strong track record of combining pragmatism and analytical methods to develop solutions that are creative yet practical.   Darryl holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors Finance) and a Master of Business Administration from Dalhousie University.
